  • Contact Data from Third Parties: We gather contact information from diverse third-party sources, which includes public sources and through agreements with data vendors. We might also deduce contact data from email IDs and their naming patterns. This information is B2B-centric, typically covering business email addresses, business physical addresses, and business phone numbers. It's important to note that in the context of our services, Listen Network does not acquire business email addresses from third parties for individuals residing in European Territories.

DATA SHARING

With a Client: We may relay information about your interactions with a Client's Digital Platforms, email initiatives, or advertisements. We might share business contact details gathered from external sources or deduced details (like from email naming patterns) with a Listen Network B2B Client if we believe your organization or employer might be interested in the Client’s offerings. In the context of Listen Network’s Services, we refrain from collecting contact information about European Territory residents from third parties.

With Our Audience Partners: We exchange encrypted email addresses or other pseudonymous online markers with our Audience Collaborators for audience development, modeling, and segment creation based on the Client’s CRM Data.

With Our Advertising Partners: We share cookie ID information and the advertisement we aim to display with our Promotion Collaborators, as required, to ensure the successful presentation of ads on your device.

With Our Service Providers: We partner with businesses that render services to support our operational needs, such as website and data hosting, fraud prevention, reporting, data upkeep, marketing, and email delivery, as well as billing, tech, customer, and operational support.

With Our Branches and Partnered Entities: Our branches and associated corporate entities will only handle your data for the purposes already outlined in this Service Privacy Statement. This privacy policy outlines our commitment to data protection and privacy, complying with legal standards including the Spotify Developer Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

DATA COLLECTION AND USE

Listen Network Show Follower does not collect or store any personal data from Spotify users. Our functionality is limited to allowing users to follow podcasts on Spotify, with subsequent confirmation and analytical tracking via Google and LinkedIn APIs.

COMPLIANCE WITH SPOTIFY DEVELOPER POLICY

We adhere strictly to Spotify's Developer Policy, ensuring transparency and honesty in our data practices. We do not access, use, process, or disclose any user data from Spotify. Our use of the 'user-library-modify' scope is solely for adding shows to users' libraries, and we do not engage in unsolicited communication with users.

USER CONTROL AND DATA RETENTION

Our service performs a one-time action when the follow button is pressed, and does not maintain a continuous connection to users' Spotify accounts. Therefore, there is no need for users to disconnect their Spotify accounts from our service, as no ongoing account access is retained or required. Our application ensures that after the initial action is completed, no further processing or interaction with the user's Spotify account occurs unless initiated again by the user.

COMPLIANCE WITH U.S. LEGISLATION

- COPPA: We comply with COPPA by not knowingly collecting or using personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
