Definitions
'Non-personal data' (NPD) refers to information that cannot be used to identify an individual.
'Personal data' (PD) pertains to any data connected to a recognized or recognizable individual ('data subject'). An identifiable individual is someone identifiable, directly or indirectly, by factors such as a name, an identification number, geographical information, an online marker, or other attributes related to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, financial, cultural, or social identity of that person. While Personal Data is akin to Personally Identifiable Information (PII), it encompasses a broader range of data.
A "visitor" is an individual who simply navigates through our website. A "user" is an individual who has signed up with Listen Network to utilize or purchase our offerings and services.
DATA WE COLLECT
Data Collected Exclusively for Listen Network Business Operations:
Email Communications: Customers might grant us access to their email interactions with potential clients when enlisting our email marketing services. Listen Network operates as a processor for this CRM Data. When this data access encompasses Gmail Data, the following restrictions apply:
Our access is limited to reading, writing, modifying, or controlling Gmail message content (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to offer a web email client enabling users to draft, send, read, and manage emails. We won't share this Gmail Data unless essential for enhancing these features, adhering to legal requirements, or during a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
This Gmail Data won't be utilized for ad-serving.
Manual reading of this data by humans is restricted unless consented by the Customer, required for security reasons like abuse investigations, to conform to the law, or for delivering Listen Network’s services.
Contact Data from Third Parties: We gather contact information from diverse third-party sources, which includes public sources and through agreements with data vendors. We might also deduce contact data from email IDs and their naming patterns. This information is B2B-centric, typically covering business email addresses, business physical addresses, and business phone numbers. It's important to note that in the context of our services, Listen Network does not acquire business email addresses from third parties for individuals residing in European Territories.
Data We Automatically Collect From Your Device
Unless you've opted-out or haven't provided consent, Listen Network collects the following data automatically from your device:
Cookies: A unique identifier assigned to you by Listen Network when you access a podcast or related digital content. This helps us understand your preferences and enables targeted advertising on suitable platforms.
Device Information: Technical specifics about your device, including the operating system and, for mobile devices, the device type, its unique advertising identifier (like the Apple IDFA or Android Advertising ID), and any other distinctive identifiers (like an Android ID or UDID for older Apple models).
IP Address: The IP address corresponding to your device when accessing podcasts or related digital content.
Location Data: Information related to your general geographic location derived from your IP address. This doesn't give precise coordinates but provides an overview like country, state, city, and zip code. This aids in serving ads relevant to your location (e.g., an ad in Spanish if you're in Spain).
Browser Data: Information about your browser ensures that the ads displayed are compatible with your device (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Activity on Digital Properties: Data about your interactions on a podcast platform or related digital content. This encompasses details like which episodes you listened to, the duration, any clicks on the platform, referrals, and any associated digital actions.
Ad Data: Information about the ads Listen Network has served or tried to serve you. This includes the frequency of display, the platform of appearance, and any interactions you had with the ad.
The primary goal of collecting this data is to provide you with an optimal and relevant experience when engaging with our podcasts and associated content.
Data We Collect From Third Party Sources
Campaign Performance Data: This encompasses details about the efficacy of Listen Network's ad campaigns, irrespective of whether they were executed on our platform or other advertising platforms.
Data from Audience Partners: Listen Network may obtain supplementary data about you from our audience collaborators who devise and offer segments for our usage. A segment represents a group of users unified by shared characteristics (like demographic or industry-related traits). Such data enhances our comprehension of a customer's target audience and allows refined marketing of products and services to you. We might also synchronize unique, pseudonymous identifiers from our Customers and Audience Partners to ours, facilitating precise recognition of a unique browser or device and its associated advertising interests (often referred to as "ID or User Syncing").
Data from Advertising Partners: This data facilitates the alignment of Listen Network's identifier with identifiers previously utilized by other entities within the digital advertising sphere with whom we collaborate. For instance, we engage with ad exchanges, publishers, and supply-side platforms (i.e., entities selling ad space on publisher sites) for ad dissemination. Synchronizing identifiers aids us in serving ads to you and identifying you across multiple browsers and devices. This may encompass pseudonymous advertising identifiers (i.e., identifiers pinpointing your browser or device but not you directly) that some Advertising Partners opt to share with us.

LISTEN NETWORK SHOW FOLLOWER PRIVACY POLICY
Welcome to the Listen Network Show Follower. Our service enables users to follow podcasts on their Spotify accounts with a simple button click. This privacy policy outlines our commitment to data protection and privacy, complying with legal standards including the Spotify Developer Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
DATA COLLECTION AND USE
Listen Network Show Follower does not collect or store any personal data from Spotify users. Our functionality is limited to allowing users to follow podcasts on Spotify, with subsequent confirmation and analytical tracking via Google and LinkedIn APIs.
COMPLIANCE WITH SPOTIFY DEVELOPER POLICY
We adhere strictly to Spotify's Developer Policy, ensuring transparency and honesty in our data practices. We do not access, use, process, or disclose any user data from Spotify. USER CONTROL AND DATA RETENTION
Our service performs a one-time action when the follow button is pressed, and does not maintain a continuous connection to users' Spotify accounts. Therefore, there is no need for users to disconnect their Spotify accounts from our service, as no ongoing account access is retained or required. Our application ensures that after the initial action is completed, no further processing or interaction with the user's Spotify account occurs unless initiated again by the user.
